Ways to work together

Four ways to work. One accountable partner.

An interim leader. A focused sprint. A defined project. Or senior advice as you need it. Choose the level of support that fits the decision, the challenge and the business.

Engagement options

Pick the format. Keep the standards.

Every engagement is shaped to the work. Clear scope and commercials, senior hands-on delivery and the right specialists only when they're needed. Start small, scale when the evidence calls for it.

01

Interim.

A senior leader in the seat.

Experienced executive leadership for growth, marketing, customer, loyalty or an agency business. In post quickly and accountable for the agenda.

Good for

  • A leadership gap or transition
  • A transformation that needs an owner
  • A team or function that needs building

02

One question. A decision backed by evidence.

A focused engagement to test an opportunity, challenge an assumption or work out your next move, with a recommendation and practical plan.

Good for

  • A key decision without enough evidence
  • An opportunity to test before investing
  • A fast diagnostic or proposition test

03

Project.

A defined programme, delivered end to end.

A scoped programme with an agreed outcome, staged decision gates and the right specialists involved, from initial evidence through to delivery.

Good for

  • Launching a proposition or programme
  • Building a new capability or operating model
  • Taking a strategy through implementation

04

Advisory.

Experience in your corner.

Ongoing access to senior experience, fresh thinking and practical counsel for leaders navigating growth opportunities, strategic decisions and team development.

Good for

  • An experienced view without a full programme
  • A regular challenge to leadership thinking
  • Supporting a board or transformation sponsor

Monthly · rolling

Indicative starting prices exclude VAT. Final scope, days and fees are agreed in the proposal. Interim engagements are structured with the relevant employment and IR35 arrangements considered.

Focused sprints

A sprint built around your challenge.

A sprint moves a specific challenge or opportunity into something tangible and testable. We rapidly understand the business context, explore consumers, competitors and culture, bring stakeholders together to create concepts, then put prototypes in front of real customers. Where feasible, small live experiments show what people actually do before you commit major investment. The examples below are starting points, not a fixed menu.

All sprint formats are tailored. Indicative starting fee: £8,500, excluding VAT.

THE SPRINT JOURNEY

Five connected stages. We move back and forth as the evidence demands, not through a rigid checklist.

01

Frame

Challenge, stakeholders, company reality

02

Discover

Customers, competitors, culture, insights

03

Create

Workshops, ideas, concepts

04

Validate

Prototypes, customer feedback

05

Experiment

Small-scale tests, learn, scale

01

Growth Diagnostic

Where will our next growth come from, and what's holding it back?

3 weeks
02

Customer Lifecycle Review

Where are we winning and losing customers across the lifecycle?

2–3 weeks
03

Operating Model Review

Is our marketing or customer function set up to deliver the plan?

3–4 weeks
04

Proposition Test

Will customers actually want this?

2–4 weeks
05

Owned Channel Audit

Are owned channels working as hard as our paid ones?

2–3 weeks

Every sprint starts with a defined challenge and works towards a tested concept, prototype, evidence and a practical next decision. Small live experiments are included where feasible; larger-market launch and scaling may be a separate phase. See Our Approach for the principles behind the work.

Talk through a sprint

Getting started

No long pitch process. Just a clear next step.

You don't need to arrive with a finished brief or know which format you need. The first conversation is about the challenge, the outcome and the sensible scope of work.

01 / DISCUSS

Twenty minutes.

Talk through the challenge, its commercial context and what a useful result would look like. We'll be candid about whether we can help.

02 / DEFINE

A clear proposal.

Agree the deliverables, people, timeline, commercial terms and how decisions will be made. No vague retainer disguising an unclear brief.

03 / DELIVER

Senior from day one.

Work begins with accountable senior involvement. Specialist partners join only where the programme genuinely needs them.

Not sure where you fit?

Start with the problem, not the package. Some engagements begin as a sprint and grow into a project; others need leadership or advisory support immediately.

Bring the challenge.
We'll find the move.

Twenty minutes to talk it through. You'll leave with a clear view of how we'd approach it, what it would take and the investment required.
