Our approach
The right way to make progress.
A senior leader when you need one. A focused sprint when you have a question. A project when you need something delivered. Experienced counsel alongside your leadership team.
Different briefs demand different approaches. The standards stay the same: Visibility, Validation and Velocity.
Ways to work together
Different work.
One standard.
Not every challenge needs a transformation programme. Sometimes you need experienced leadership, sometimes a fast answer, and sometimes a team to build and deliver something substantial.
We shape the engagement around the outcome, not the other way around.
01 / Interim leadership
Leadership that leaves the team stronger.
An interim appointment should do more than hold the fort. It should create momentum, make the difficult decisions and build a more capable team.
We start with the brief and the commercial reality: what needs fixing, what needs growing, and what the leader must own. Then we get close to the people and the work, clarify priorities and take accountability for delivery.
Own the agenda
Clear business outcomes, decision rights, commercial measures and a practical plan from the first weeks.
Develop the team
Build confidence and capability through coaching, better ways of working, stronger hiring and clearer accountability.
Make progress stick
Put the right structures, measures and routines in place, then leave a credible handover rather than a dependency.
What you get: accountable senior leadership, commercial progress and a stronger team.
02 / Focused sprint
One question. Evidence you can act on.
A focused sprint takes a challenge or opportunity into tangible concepts, quick customer testing and a practical next decision — without requiring a large upfront programme.
We frame the challenge with stakeholders, explore customers, competitors, culture and company reality, then facilitate ideation and make promising ideas tangible. Prototypes and customer feedback help us refine the options; small live experiments, where feasible, show how people actually behave before larger investment. This is an iterative human-centred process, not a linear checklist.
Frame the challenge
Align on the problem, success criteria, stakeholders and what we do not yet know.
Make the idea tangible
Facilitated workshops turn insight into options and low-fidelity prototypes that customers and teams can respond to.
Test and make the call
Use customer feedback and evidence to refine, progress, stop or redirect the work.
What you get: a decision-ready recommendation, supporting evidence and a tangible output, typically within 2–4 weeks.
03 / Defined project
Start with the brief. Challenge what needs challenging.
Projects tend to arrive with a clearer destination. Our first job is to make sure the brief, ambition and route to delivery stand up to scrutiny.
We interrogate the brief, understand the stakeholders, and build a clear view of the customer, company, competition and culture. Then we agree the plan, commercial measures, owners and decision gates. The same IV³ standards govern the work, but the longer engagement makes room for deeper research, implementation and adoption.
Pressure-test the brief
Stakeholder interviews and the four Cs: Consumer, Competitor, Culture and Company. Challenge assumptions before locking in solutions.
Agree the gates
Define workstreams, ownership, measures and decision points. Make risks and trade-offs visible throughout the project.
Design, test and deliver
Use discovery, prototyping and real-world validation, then build, pilot and enable the teams who will own the result.
What you get: a defined, evidence-led programme with tangible deliverables, accountable gates and a route to lasting adoption.
04 / Advisory
Experience in your corner.
Experienced counsel, fresh thinking and practical support alongside leaders navigating growth opportunities and important choices.
Kithe & Co brings experience from running agencies, building customer functions, leading transformation and advising senior leadership. We share ideas, explore opportunities, offer perspective and help turn thinking into practical next steps. That includes constructive challenge when useful, grounded in the reality of your business.
Get close to the decision
Understand the context, commercial stakes and the people accountable for the outcome.
Challenge with evidence
Bring perspective from past experience, current market learning and relevant customer evidence, not just instinct.
Turn perspective into action
Work through the options, implications and next steps; help the leadership team make and communicate a confident decision.
What you get: experienced senior counsel, fresh perspectives and more confident decisions without a large transformation engagement.
The thinking behind our work
IV³. A clear start.
Purposeful progress.
For sprints and projects, IV³ gives uncertainty some structure. We identify what kind of challenge we're tackling, then apply three principles that keep decisions aligned, evidence-led and moving.
Where we start
The question shapes the work.
Insight
The data reveals something worth understanding or challenging.
Idea
A promising hypothesis needs proof before investment.
Innovation
A market, competitor or cultural shift demands a response.
How we work
Three principles, always active.
Visibility
Everyone understands the purpose, assumptions and decisions.
Validation
Real customer insight and testing challenge ego and bias.
Velocity
Speed with direction, clear ownership and meaningful progress.
